Hi! I’m Pratima Rathore - a product design leader who loves to simplify & solve complicated problems. 

I am very inquisitive, like to ask questions and am intrigued by human psyche, in general. I love connecting with people and understanding their side of the story. I prefer to work in teams - collaboration excites me.

I started my career with a food delivery startup - TinyOwl as a UX Designer learning the ropes of design thinking, user research and interaction design. Then, I jumped to the opposite side of the spectrum as a Product Manager for UX in a corporate setup at Reliance Jio to go deeper into the business and strategy aspects that shape designs. I became a digital nomad for a couple of years managing my own small team of designers and helping early stage start-ups to grow.

Finally I transitioned into a design leader role at Grofers and Careem - implementing all my learnings from previous years to good use. I'm always trying to grow and learn something new.

 

I lose track of time when I'm playing playstation, engrossed in a good book or planning a vacation.
