Hi! I’m Pratima Rathore - currently a Senior UX Designer at Grofers, India. I'm an end-to-end designer who loves to simplify & solve complicated problems. 

I am very inquisitive, like to ask questions and am intrigued by human nature, in general. I love connecting with people and understanding their side of the story. I prefer to work in teams - collaboration excites me.

I started my career with a food delivery startup - TinyOwl as a UX Designer. Next, I jumped to the opposite side of the spectrum as a Product Manager for UX in a corporate setup - Reliance Jio. Before finding my niche interest, I became a digital nomad for a couple of years and roamed around as a freelance designer.

I'm always trying to grow and learn something new. I 

lose track of time when I'm playing playstation, engrossed in a good book or planning a vacation.
